Exchanges and Returns

Ringi offers highest quality made to order products available in jewelry industry, therefore we have 0% quality related returns. Nevertheless, should you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that items are returned to us in their original condition. Please contact Client Services quoting your order number to arrange your exchange or return. Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days. 

The jewelry item will go through Quality Control prior to the exchange or return being processed.

We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered or damaged.
Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items as Ringi is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged and inquired shipping cost refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.

Free Shipping - UPS 2nd Day Air 

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Ringi does not ship orders to post office boxes. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation.
Order Fulfillment Time: each order is handcrafted by our jewelers and on average will take 3-10 business days to build, inspect, and prepare for shipping.

Liability

All carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that occur during transit. If you suspect any damage or shortage caused during transit, follow these instructions:

Do not sign freight bill or receipt without making a notation on the freight bill.
Retain all packing material and shipping cartons until the carrier has made an inspection.
File a claim directly with the carrier within 14 days. Ringi cannot file a claim for you.
